Quote and booking
A booking is confirmed only when the skip size, waste type, price, placement, delivery area, hire period and payment terms have been agreed. Prices may change if the information supplied is incomplete or inaccurate.
Access and placement
The customer must provide safe and suitable access for delivery and collection. The driver may refuse a position that could damage property, block safe access or put people or equipment at risk.
Road permits
A skip must not be placed on public land until the correct council permission is approved. Council fees, parking suspensions, traffic controls and extra lead time may apply.
Loading
Waste must remain at or below the top edge and be spread safely. Hazardous or excluded items must not be loaded without written agreement. Overloaded, overweight or contaminated skips may be refused or charged separately.
Hire period and collection
The included hire period is confirmed with the quote. The customer should request collection in time for any road permit end date and keep access clear for the collection vehicle.
Damage
Heavy vehicles and loaded skips can mark drives or soft ground. The customer should disclose weak surfaces and may need to provide suitable protection. Placement remains subject to the driver’s safety decision.
